I enlisted the help of a worker who had worked on the Finca for 10 years and who knew the property in and out. Renerio Gallardo told me what the farm needed and I provided what many of the Fincas in Honduras needed; finances and a market for fine coffee. We set out to purchase what was needed to produce great coffee and that was the order of the day.
