I came to Honduras in June 2004, a vacation suggested by a close friend & co-worker who, as a Honduran, represented his country very well. He suggested the Mayan Ruins and tropical environment I expressed an interest in seeing would be to my liking. He told me his brother had purchased a Coffee Finca to expand his production but due to the poor price of coffee it was not making him much money. Would I be interested in buying it? I found the farm in need of much work from what I could see.
